I genuinely love & value the quality of the toothpaste, but the inclusion of such an inferior product is a strategic misstep. The provided floss is structurally deficient & lacks tensile strength, shreds easily, and performs worse than generic, budget brands.

This inclusion has backfired. Rather than feeling like a loyalty gift, it feels like brand dilution. It forces me to question what compromises are being made within the primary formulation I actually enjoy. If the objective is to reward customers, I would prefer you reallocate those manufacturing costs into increasing the toothpaste volume or providing a high-quality travel sample. (Or don’t give a gift at all, & reinvest some profits back into a product I actually like & benefit from.) If you are going to affix your brand name to a product, ensure the quality remains consistent across the entire ecosystem.

I have sensitive gums and teeth and recently purchased the bamboo floss try out and I am LOVING it! I haven't experienced any gum soreness/irritation. It's a thicker floss than the plastic tape style floss, but I notice that it "scrubs" between my teeth better. I do have a bit of crowding in my mouth, so I was worried the thicker floss would break or fray too much and I've yet to experience that with this floss. I love the flavor and the metal packaging is very chic. I'm also very appreciative that the cost is reasonable and the refills are easy to manage. I highly recommend this product.
