REFUNDS

All sales are Final. We want you to smile so if you are dissatisfied with one of our Products for any reason please contact us. We may refund 100% of the amount paid for that Product in your most recent Subscription shipment received. Refund requests must be made directly to Ollie at support@olliesmile.com within 14 days of the date of shipment by Ollie. We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Ollie. Promptly following Ollie’s receipt of your request (typically within five (5) business days), Ollie may credit 100% of the amount paid for the returned Product (less any shipping and handling costs and fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the Payment Method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ollie does not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes a credit transaction. You are responsible for contacting your Payment Method Company if you have questions about the status of the credit.
