All orders are shipped via 3rd party carriers.  Free shipping is available when you spend $25 or more and we offer one expedited service at an extra cost.  If you choose the expedited option and it doesn't arrive within the window, our team will refund you the shipping cost.  In case of lost or damaged shipments, please reach our team at support@olliesmile.com to fix the problem.
