I have VERY sensitive teeth and was skeptical that these would work without making my teeth hurt! I have previously used strips but could only use once a week due to the sensitivity. I have used these for 5 days in a row with absolutely NO sensitivity! I brush my teeth in the morning, put them on and let them work while I get ready! Rinse with the mouthwash and I'm out the door! I noticed a slight improvement after one use and a little more with each use!
