Had a problem with the smart clean toothbrush. Wrote into support and explained the problem. A reply was sent right away and a new toothbrush was sent. Was very happy with the response and support.
I really like the feeling of electric toothbrushes. However the only mode I could use was , sensitive. My teeth are not sensitive but the vibration was very strong and made it uncomfortable to use. I use with other toothbrush brush head to see if that changes my thoughts. Tina RDH
